POSITION DESCRIPTION

We design, fabricate and install a wide variety of high impact indoor and outdoor signs. We are seeking creative, highly motivated employees, with a strong focus on accountability, continuous improvement, organization, and attention to detail. Our Inside Sales Specialist position will accelerate our growth by selling custom signs and graphics to existing and new customers. We will consider both experienced and entry level employees, and the work schedule is flexible. This position presents significant challenges and opportunities for learning, advancement and career progression.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commit fully to personal and team development in all business processes.
- Commit to full compliance with all occupational health and safety procedures and standards.
- Support existing customers, and maintain our high level of repeat business.
- Provide custom solutions to highly individualized client needs.
- Develop leads obtained through our web marketing, networking and customer referral channels.
- Convert leads to new sales.
- Support business development activity in the commercial real estate, retail and construction segments.
- Collect, organize and process sales pipeline data.
- Make data-driven decisions, based on a willingness to experiment with and refine sales processes.
- Learn, implement and use business process software.
- Interact with customers, by telephone, in person, and by email, to answer questions, schedule appointments, and resolve issues.
- Prepare management summaries and reports.
- Job location is Rancho San Clemente Business Park, between Talega and San Clemente High School.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- General facility with web and cloud-based software tools.
- Experience with social media.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience (1-5 years) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong computer skills and outstanding analytical skills.
- Able to learn and use standard software tools and applications.
- A working style rooted in ownership, accountability, teamwork and innovation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation, coupled with strong teamwork competencies.
